3. Account Registration & Eligibility

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Illegal activities or prohibited industries (e.g., crypto, political campaigns)
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing data or access
  • Attempting to circumvent security or access controls
  • Using NepMailer for non-business or personal mass mailing
• Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Service Usage and Restrictions

• Follow best practices for email sending to maintain deliverability and reputation.
• Do not use NepMailer to send unsolicited or bulk emails without consent.
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend your access if your usage negatively impacts our service or other users.

8. Data, Privacy, and Analytics

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Fathom) and tracking pixels to monitor service usage.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of NepMailer complies with all applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and technology provided by NepMailer are our property or our licensors’.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or for non-payment.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds will be issued except as stated above.

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, with no class actions permitted.
